To naturally complete our work mission we have the “continuous-wire” welding department, a gas protected environment where the final assemblage of the parts arriving from cutting happens.
Welding is indeed the beginning of our family business, as we started as a professional welding workshop. But contrary to other similar workshops, when founding Tecnomais we created a specific department solely dedicated to the that.
Our department receives all parts from our cutting department ready for assemblage. Every part is assured to be marked for a precise execution nonetheless calendared or bent observing the CNC rules.
Our office devoted to the technical supervision of all operations, the counseling of an internal IWS (International Welding Specialist) and the active collaboration with a welding technology center allow us to face every welding challenge in the middle range of metal works.
We’ve been certified UNI EN 1090 exc 2 after having been habilitated as a processing center. Our staff is highly qualified and consistently updated through rigorous training, as their welding license is evidence of.
Today our department is equipped with 8 continuous-wire machines and organized into two sections, one fully dedicated to stainless steel welding and located into a different factory building to avoid contamination.
We are also supplied with machinery for the “satinatura” and the shining of stainless steel to accomodate commissions destined to both the food industry and architecture.
